Overview
Thank you for shopping at Tiny Wonder House (tinywonderhouse.com). We want you and your little ones to love every box! If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Conditions for Return
We accept returns in the following cases:
Accepted:
• The box is sealed and unopened (original packaging intact)
• The box has been opened, but all items inside are in original condition, unused, and complete
Not accepted:
• Any item inside the box has been used, damaged, or is missing
• The toothbrush has been removed from its individual hygiene packaging (return denied for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price — all sales are final
• Gift cards — are non-refundable and non-returnable
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your box arrived damaged during shipping or contains a defective/wrong item, we will gladly resolve it.
Requirements:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide photos clearly showing the damage

If the claim is approved:
• We will cover the return shipping cost
• You will receive a full refund or a replacement (your choice, subject to availability)

5. How to Start a Return
1. Email us at tinywonderhouse@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. If applicable (damage), include photos
4. Wait for our approval email with return instructions
5. Ship the item to:

Do not send returns without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or denied
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time
