Return & Refund Policy — Tiny Wonder House

OVERVIEW
Thank you for shopping at Tiny Wonder House (tinywonderhouse.com). We want you and your little ones to love every box! If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
We accept returns in the following cases:
Accepted:
- The box is sealed and unopened (original packaging intact)
- The box has been opened, but all items inside are in original condition, unused, and complete
Not accepted:
- Any item inside the box has been used, damaged, or is missing
- The toothbrush has been removed from its individual hygiene packaging (return denied for hygiene reasons)
- Stickers, crayons, coloring book, or any other contents show signs of use
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price — all sales are final
- Gift cards — are non-refundable and non-returnable
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your box arrived damaged during shipping or contains a defective or wrong item, we will gladly resolve it.
Requirements:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide photos clearly showing the damage to packaging and/or items

If the claim is approved:
- We will cover the return shipping cost
- You will receive a full refund or a replacement (your choice, subject to availability)
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted for shipping damage.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Changed your mind / didn't like it — Customer pays return shipping
Item damaged during shipping — Tiny Wonder House pays
Defective item — Tiny Wonder House pays
Wrong item sent — Tiny Wonder House pays
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at tinywonderhouse@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. If applicable (damage), include photos
4. Wait for our approval email with return instructions
5. Ship the item to:

Do not send returns without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or denied
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement
7. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time
4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tinywonderhouse@gmail.com
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us immediately at tinywonderhouse@gmail.com.
9. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
- Gift cards
- Boxes where the toothbrush has been removed from its individual hygiene packaging (personal hygiene item)
- Boxes where any contents have been used or show signs of use
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after the 15-day return window
